SO WHO AM I?

I’m a storyteller who loves bringing creativity and strategy together, whether that’s through a polished video, a clever caption, or a photo that captures a moment just right.

I’m originally from Kansas City (forever a barbecue and Chiefs fan), where I first fell in love with media. From shooting high school football games to editing for student publications, I knew early on that I was meant to tell stories.

Now based in Washington, D.C., I bring experience spanning nonprofit marketing, event planning, government communications, and broadcasting. I have contributed to citywide initiatives, elevated brand voices through strategic campaigns, and created social content that strengthens community connection.

Photography is my creative happy place. I run my own business capturing senior portraits, sports, and lifestyle moments, and I especially love the energy of live events.

In everything I do, I bring curiosity, positivity, and a people-first mindset. I believe great storytelling builds connection and leaves a lasting impact.

  • Favorite movie

    Love, Actually—forever and always. Yes, it’s technically a Christmas movie, but I’ll watch it in July without shame. I can quote nearly every line and belt out every song on the soundtrack like it’s a Broadway show.

  • Favorite sports team

    Kansas City everything! I was raised on BBQ and Chiefs football. I’m a die-hard fan (especially when it comes to the Chiefs), and you’ll see that love show up in my design work too—check out the sports section of my portfolio to see what I mean.

  • How i unwind

    Cooking! Nothing relaxes me more than getting in the kitchen and trying something totally new (I know—total chaos, but I love it). My greatest hits include butter chicken with homemade naan, bulgogi beef lo mein, and my go-to: legendary chicken noodle soup.

  • Currently watching

    I’m a self-declared TV show junkie. If it’s dramatic, romantic, slightly chaotic, and aimed at teen girls…I’ve probably seen it. Right now, I’m deep into Scandal for the first time and yes, I fully want to be Olivia Pope.

  • favorite place I've traveled to

    Right now, my favorite place has been Paris, France. It was amazing to witness the culture, food, and most importantly, the shopping after my high school graduation. Truly such a magical place!
